AGENDA
  1. Call to Order

  2. Roll Call

  3. Call to Public
This is the time for the public to comment on issues within the Governing Board’s jurisdiction. Speakers will be given three minutes to share their comments. State statute prohibits the Governing Board from discussing an item that is not on the agenda and Governing Board members are not permitted to discuss or take legal action on matters raised during the call to the public, unless such matters are properly noticed on the agenda for discussion and legal action.  At the conclusion of each public comment, Arizona law only allows the Governing Board to respond to criticism, request that staff review a matter or request that a matter be added to a future agenda.  The Public is discouraged from using  this portion of the Agenda to make complaints against school personnel or persons connected with the School. Rather, the public is encouraged to use the School’s internal procedures for this purpose.

    1. Discuss and vote on creating a committee that will establish:
      Teacher performance evaluation systems
      Principal evaluation policies
